Coaching en Counselling zijn twee verschillende vormen van begeleiding naar effectiever en efficiënter functioneren.
Bij Coaching kijken we vooral naar vaardigheden terwijl bij Counselling persoonlijke achtergronden, gevoelens en gedachten aan bod komen.
Coaching en Counselling liggen dicht bij elkaar en lopen in elkaar over, coaching gaat over het hoe en counselling over het waarom/waardoor.
Bij beide vormen werkt JJ-Consultancy oplossingsgericht in plaats van probleemgericht. Dit wil zeggen dat het niet altijd nodig is om diep in het probleem te duiken om verbetering te behalen.
Na enkele sessies van een uur geven deelnemers doorgaans duidelijk merkbare resultaten aan.

Verder heeft ze de post Bachelor opleiding organisatiepsychologie gedaan. Hierbij wordt vooral gekeken naar gedrag van mensen in een organisatie en dan met name gedrag bij veranderingen.
